Our assets currently consist of:

Single tenant net leases as Landlord
Shopping Centers
Developable land for residential, commercial and energy projects
Investments in projects that serve and/or benefit from renewable energy markets and shale oil and gas growth

In addition, SJS Beacon and its affiliates own the Fort Myers Miracle, the single A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, and were previously partners in the Springfield Armor (Nets D-League Affiliate).
